Waiting For Inspiration

I admit it, I have been struggling recently to do anything, not really sure why. It’s like I have hit this invisible barrier that just doesn’t want to let me through. I have to force myself to just do normal every day stuff at the mo and that is just exhausting.

So as you can imagine my writing muse appears to have gone on holiday without me again. ( It seems to like doing that a lot lately) Even writing my blog seems a bit of chore and that also feels strange as I have had no shortage of things to write about which surprised me when I first started to write it. Perhaps like my muse I need a holiday. Thankfully the Easter break is just around the corner. With any luck I will get to recharge my batteries a little and drag my muse back kicking and screaming all the way with me.

Maybe I should try free writing which I have heard about before. I’ll let you know how that one goes, it might just be a good imitation of a polar bear in the snow but we shall see.
