My Crazy Brain

Does anyone else have a crazy brain? I sometimes wonder what on earth mine is playing at. Oh don’t get me wrong it’s great for moving me around and all that internal stuff it keeps going on a daily basis but it is a bit random.

This weekend is a prime example of how random it is. Yesterday’s tune to be stuck in my head was..”Remember you’re a womble” Really brain? Where on earth did you drag that out from? Baring in mind I have not heard that song in at least twenty plus years I have no idea what possessed my brain to play it on my very own internal radio.

Today’s random song could not be further from the wombles, namely “Monkey Wrench” by the Foo Fighters? I mean what the hell? I woke up practically inwardly singing “don’t want to be a monkey wrench” and this continued for most of the morning. (as a side note anyone else inwardly sing to themselves or is that just me?)

Next random thing I actually pulled my note book out of my bag in a quiet moment in the car and wrote something. A snippet of a descriptive piece about a girls memories of her granddad who was a sailor. This is equally random as A) I never knew either of my grandparents as they died before I was born and B) I don’t know any sailors!

I swear I must be channeling someone else when I write and someone else’s brain radio station, otherwise I really am questioning my own sanity and also what is going on in there?

Please tell me I am not the only one with a crazy brain?
