And The Muse Is Back In The Room

Well it’s been a few days since I last posted to my blog for a number of reasons, tiredness, illness and generally feeling drained. But I am pleased to say even though I am still a little rough around the edges one thing that has been restored is my muse 🙂

I guess I have having a rough few days health wise to thank for it too. As I was forced into not being able to do a lot for a couple of days, it forced me to pick up my pen and paper instead. With that I have managed to write some of novel, hooray!

I can’t tell you what a relief that was. I was beginning to feel like the wall would never come down, but now there are chinks of light again and I have never been so glad to see daylight.

Although I am still struggling to think of the name for my grumpy deaf dwarf, I have so many other details of his character all lined up in a row in my head, apart from his all important name. A few other snippets have finally come into focus on the story threads, even an important inscription on a particular object so with any luck his name will emerge soon.

I can only hope that my muse does not get cross with me again and disappear.

And if you fancy helping me out with a good name for a dwarf that hasn’t been used before and isn’t too obvious I would be happy for your comments below.
